The Global Senior Strategic Partner Manager will build and establish strong relationships with strategic partners in line with the 8x8 strategic vision. The SPM will provide an additional level of strategic resource to secure and grow key relationships and networks contributing to customer retention and business growth. The SPM will work very closely with the Channel team to support continuous improvement of multiple products and services within the 8x8 portfolio, driving collaboration opportunities to meet new and future trends.

What you’ll do at 8x8:

  • Working alongside CAMs and NAMs globally to identify the Strategic Partners who we can as a team influence further in their capabilities to deliver and promote 8x8 services.

  • Be the link to all technical/product and support functions within 8x8.

  • Advocate the Expert Services packages which we can assist partners to deliver highly technical or larger projects.

  • Using your experience be the partners voice internally to understand what can be done to enable partners to be more successful.

  • Provide leadership and direction on strategic partnerships to develop 8x8 positions globally.

  • Lead on strategic accounts as identified by the Global Channel Team

  • Prioritise key relationships that will help have the biggest impact on maintaining and improving 8x8 leading market positions across the globe.

  • Ensure certifications and accreditations with SPs are kept up to date and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure the credibility of the 8x8 name.

  • Assist the Global Expert Services Delivery Manager to obtain critical revenue streams for GCC with Expert Services Packages sold into the resell arena.

  • Educate Sales, Channel, Engagement Managers, CSM and AM’s on PS Packages (Expert Services, Deployment Support Desk).

  • Forward Thinking: You anticipate the implications and consequences of situations, take appropriate actions, and prepare for possible contingencies

  • Organized: You will need to be efficient in handling multiple requests and prioritizing your workload

  • Tech Savvy: You will be the expert in how 8x8 deliver their solutions and be able to articulate that to the Channel
