Responsibilities

• Understand and document key business data sources, data flow, data usage, and stakeholders

• Generate Tableau dashboards that will serve as source of truth for the company

• Consolidate and document existing reports into single Tableau dashboards

• Own and maintain data tables in Snowflake for the Sales Operations org

• Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core operational and business issues and use data to provide actionable insights

• Take ownership of key metric definitions within Sales Operations

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders across various organizations

• Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness with senior executives and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with standard ETL pipeline from Data Warehouse to BI Tool

• Experience working with Salesforce and Snowflake

• Strong competency with SQL queries, as well as building dashboards using Tableau

• Experience in technical documentation of reports and dashboards

• Experience in analyzing data processes, and finding automation opportunities

• Proficiency with Python3 coding for data wrangling and data modeling considered a plus

• Portfolio of past reporting and dashboard projects considered a plus

• Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills; can establish credibility, build consensus, and partner cross-functionally with minimal or no direct supervision

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet deadlines

• Proficiency with GSuite and Office365 apps

• Comfortability in dealing with ambiguity of problem statements and having initiative to refine objectives along the way is strongly preferred

• Drive to learn necessary technical tools to reach end goal

• Commitment to do night shift (e.g. 11pm to 8am, Monday to Friday)
