Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, improve, and automate reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other relevant visualization tools

• Provide analytical support to Sales, RevOps, and other departments (Marketing, Finance, GCC, etc)

• Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core operational and business issues and use data to provide actionable insights

• Establish processes and exercise due diligence and audit to promote data hygiene

• Take ownership of key metric definitions within Sales Operations

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders across various organizations

• Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness with senior executives and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience working with analytical and visualization tools (Excel, Salesforce, etc)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to tackle business challenges

• Strong business acumen in understanding the ‘why’ behind key metrics and reports

• Excellent communication skills; can establish credibility, build consensus, and partner cross-functionally with minimal or no direct supervision

• Experience in analyzing data processes, and finding automation opportunities

• Comfortability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet deadlines

• Proficiency with GSuite and Office365 apps

• Comfortability in dealing with ambiguous problem statements, and having initiative to refine objectives along the way is strongly preferred

• Drive to learn necessary technical tools to reach end goal

• Commitment to do night shift (e.g. 11pm to 8am, Monday to Friday)
