This Senior Director role will be responsible for leading, developing and executing the 8x8 growth strategy for its French business, reporting to 8x8’s Managing Director, EMEA. This leader will play a key role in leading the core French GTM team to generate revenue and profitability by building a successful resale channel business and achieving individual, team and organisational quotas.
Responsibilities:
Develop the vision and growth strategy for France for short, medium and long term which aligns with 8x8’s aggressive EMEA growth plans
Develop and execute appropriate business plans to support growth, business expansion and market positioning
Evaluate performance, productivity and competitiveness on a quarterly basis and report progress on performance
Create a culture that supports 8x8’s EMEA business strategy and allows scale for growth
Manage budgets and sales revenue efficiently
Support and develop direct reports by participating in client and prospect meetings.
Engage other corporate resources as required for the ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training
Conduct weekly forecast meetings
Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure
Report on sales activity and forecast to the Managing Director, EMEA
Consistently monitor sales activity of the team
Support sales teams and key account managers in retention of existing clients.
Improving internal processes and partner collaboratively with other functions and departments to effectively support the France vision and strategy
