We are looking for a CONTRACT Paid Search Manager with a strong background in PPC, particularly in the B2B SaaS vertical, to drive our growth marketing efforts and contribute to our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in fast-growth businesses, with a proven track record of successfully managing Paid Search Regionally and Globally. The role will be a 12mos contract based in US, remote and potentially open to conversion to FTE.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute to our Paid Digital Media strategy, budget, execution, and performance

  • to drive qualified opportunities inbound.

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels.

  • Drive and own the Paid Search testing roadmap, incrementally testing to continuously improve our campaign efficiency and ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand Gen, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Marketing Ops, and Web team to align PPC efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

  • Leverage 6Sense insights and data analysis to gain a deeper understanding of prospect behavior, preferences, and journey stage whilst aligning with our ABM strategy to target in-market prospects ready to speak to Sales.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs to track campaign performance and effectiveness. Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Provide regular and effective updates and insights to key stakeholders on the performance of PPC campaigns and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.

  • Good experience in wider PPC technology stacks and tools, including Google Tech Stack & Smart bidding.

  • Maintain optimal paid digital account structures

  • Work collaboratively with Product Marketing team, creative and development teams to create high converting landing pages for paid media

  • Stay abreast of paid search trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and experiment and incorporate them into our strategy to gain competitive advantages.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B PPC across Google Ads and Bing Ads. preferably SaaS

  • Substantial experience in paid search, paid social, and/ or display advertising, ideally in a global environment

  • Experience targeting different B2B segment and/ or B2B Enterprise audience

  • Analytical by default; strong data literacy and familiarity with data visualization tooling like GA4, Salesforce and Tableau.

  • Proficient in leveraging 6Sense Marketing Suite capabilities.

  • Proven track record of driving sustainable growth, scaling channels, and generating qualified leads through PPC campaigns, with a strong understanding of B2B full funnel omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Proficient analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing campaign performance data, conducting A/B testing, incrementally testing, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, skilled in sharing insights with audiences of different seniority and levels of marketing knowledge.

  • Experience with other digital advertising channels, such as Display, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads, is a plus.

  • Initiative and desire to pursue growth and success, always eager to learn and share, obsessed with data and testing, proficient with BI and analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or related field is preferred.
