We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale IAM projects, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality application support and enhancement services. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of IAM programs, ensuring the alignment of IAM initiatives with business goals, and driving continuous improvement in the whole organization.

In this role you will:

• Create and maintain documentation of IAM processes and procedures to drive process standardization, better efficiency and perform continuous improvement.

• Work cross-functionally, establish credibility, and build a working relationship with internal and external partners.

• Manage roadmap: Meet with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business requirements and systems goals.

• User and application lifecycle management. Work with application owners on role definition and documentation.

• Collaborate with the internal 8x8 team for software renewal planning and licenses.

• Present program status, risk, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent collaboration skills to include: diligent follow-up, issue resolution, appropriately setting expectations, and diffusing difficult situations.

• Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and influence senior level management and stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate (writing, speaking and presentation) effectively and consistently with clarity and thoroughness to optimize audience understanding.

• 3 + years of IAM experience.

• Experience in IAM best practices - certifications preferred.

• Knowledge in IDPs, IGA e.g. Okta, One Login or Microsoft (and other SSO tools), Multi-Factor Authentication, Active Directory, and various SaaS solutions (understand basic architecture and application of IAM security concepts/principles.

• Gathering, analyzing, and presenting evidence to support audits.

• Ability to connect with all partners, including leadership, system engineers and end users.

• Ability to develop and clearly articulate risk reports/issues to key business partners.
