We are looking for a Paid Media Lead with a strong background in Affiliate Marketing, particularly in the B2B SaaS vertical, to drive our growth marketing efforts and contribute to our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have 5+ of experience in fast-growth businesses, with a proven track record of successfully managing Review sites, Native Ads, Appointment setting & Content syndication vendors Regionally and Globally.

This is a fixed term contract (12 months).

What you’ll do at 8x8:

  • Contribute to our Paid Digital Media strategy, budget, execution, and performance to drive qualified opportunities inbound.

  • Manage and optimize Affiliate programs, content syndication, appointment setting, native ads across different respective platforms, vendors & publications

  • Drive and own the landing page/Creatives testing roadmap, incrementally testing to continuously improve our campaign efficiency and ROI.

  • Manage and own the vendor relationships whilst ensuring alignment to Paid Media strategy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand Gen, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Marketing Ops, and Web team, Campaigns & ABM to align all programs with overall campaigns, ABM & business goals and objectives.

  • Leverage 6Sense insights and data analysis to gain a deeper understanding of prospect behavior, preferences, and journey stage whilst aligning with our ABM strategy to target in-market prospects ready to speak to Sales.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs to track campaign performance and effectiveness. Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization across different vendors.

  • Provide regular and effective updates and insights to key stakeholders on the performance of the different vendor campaigns and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.

  • Work collaboratively with Product Marketing team, creative and development teams to create high performance landing pages for Affiliate, Native Ads, Review sites & content syndication programs.

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Affiliate Marketing. preferably SaaS

  • Substantial experience in Affiliate campaigns, Review sites, Native Ads advertising, Content syndication vendors & Appointment setting vendors in a global SaaS environment

  • Experience targeting different B2B segment and/ or B2B Enterprise audience

  • Analytical by default; strong data literacy and familiarity with data visualisation tooling like GA4, Salesforce and Tableau.

  • Proficient in leveraging 6Sense Marketing Suite capabilities.

  • Proven track record of driving sustainable growth, scaling channels, and generating qualified leads with a strong understanding of B2B full funnel omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Proficient analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing campaign performance data, conducting A/B testing, incrementally testing, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, skilled in sharing insights with audiences of different seniority and levels of marketing knowledge.

  • Experience with other digital advertising channels, such as Paid Search, Retargeting and YouTube Ads, is a plus.

  • Initiative and desire to pursue growth and success, always eager to learn and share, obsessed with data and testing, proficient with BI and analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or related field is preferred.
