Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to lead and drive the holistic campaign strategy for the small business/commercial segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing cross-functional marketing programs. This role will be critical in expanding our campaigns globally and ensuring their success through accountability, ownership, and data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business goals and drive growth in the small business/commercial segment. Own the overall campaign blueprint.
- Journey Orchestration: Design and optimize customer journeys across various touchpoints to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
- Accountability & Ownership: Take full ownership of campaign success, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and manage cross-functional marketing programs, working closely with product marketing, digital marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Global Expansion: Drive the expansion of campaigns on a global scale, tailoring strategies to different regions and markets to maximize impact.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage robust reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in real-time, making adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on integrated campaign management.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for the small business/commercial segment.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Experience with global campaign management and market expansion.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with journey orchestration tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
Salary Ranges:
