Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Design, configure, and support automated lead routing, enrichment, and conversion processes within Salesforce.
  • Pipeline Insights: Provide actionable insights into the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting and dashboard requirements for stakeholders.
  • Account & Opportunity Management: Assist with account, contact, and opportunity management strategies, ensuring optimal workflows and processes in Salesforce.
  • CPQ Support: Work within a CPQ environment to support product configuration, pricing strategies, approval workflows, and quote/order generation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, sales operations, marketing, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Agile Methodology: Follow Agile practices for project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Production Support: Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operations for the sales team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within Salesforce and CPQ processes, and suggest scalable solutions.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows. Provide training to end users as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, pipeline insights, account and opportunity management within Salesforce.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with CPQ solutions (Salesforce CPQ or similar).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple departments.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, or CPQ Specialist) are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with lead routing and enrichment tools.
  • Knowledge of CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, or similar.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools for pipeline management and reporting.
