Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the Senior Program Manager- Legal, Security & Fraud is responsible for the planning and delivery of key projects and initiatives, driving service and operational excellence and supporting the teams’ efforts in achieving business objectives. Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Establish programs to accelerate operational excellence, streamline processes, and support the delivery of key objectives.

  • Develop, manage and report on project requirements, plans, risks, and challenges.

  • Be an ambassador, engage, gather and report on critical information from stakeholders to navigate challenges and drive delivery.

  • Engage business sponsors / executive leadership to communicate project objectives, strategy, progress.

  • Ensure agreement, scope, alignment and sign-off of initiatives and key deliverables from all respective stakeholders and approvers

  • Support and be inclusive of a variety of business owners, recognizing multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities.

  • Create and maintain appropriate project documentation repositories.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a product or technology leadership role, with a proven track record of successful operational strategy, development, and execution.

  • 5+ years experience with program and project management methodologies and tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent program/project management experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Experience in project management disciplines – scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issue management.

  • Exposure to legal and/or information security operations, regulated environments, ISO27xxx, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), GDPR et al.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent program/project management qualifications and experience e.g. PMP, Scrum Master et al.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and guiding teams toward achieving objectives.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate project strategy to a variety of stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge and practical experience with Tableau analytics software, Workboard Strategy platform or similar.

  • Knowledge of AI and emerging GenAI technologies.

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Salary Ranges:

$122,625.00 - $204,375.00
