This is an exciting new role created to support customers from within our EMEA Enterprise Client Sales function.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales team's productivity, supporting deal closure and becoming a trusted advisor to the customer base.
You will be button sharp at the coordination of sales-related activities, administrative duties, and customer service. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must
- a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
For those who want to take this to the next level, an extraordinary opportunity exists to experience and be trained into a full Client Sales/Account Manager under the tutelage of experts in the world of selling CCaaS and SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
Support if required Coordination and tracking status of sales orders
Communicate with other departments as required.
Support the sales team as necessary
Assist in organising and attending sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
Ensure all sales documentation is complete and complies with company policies.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales team members.
Manage central email account and email alias as necessary
Prepare and process sales orders if required.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability.
Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating them as necessary to the appropriate team members.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
Experience:
Proven experience in sales support or an administrative role.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com, online portals and sales order processing systems.
Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google workplace tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
