With a new Chief Revenue Officer in place, we are resetting how we go to market in North America—and we’re looking for a VP of Sales to build an elite, high-performance sales organisation across Enterprise and Commercial.
You will own the largest and most strategic revenue region in the company, taking the 8x8 Communications Platform to market and creating a culture that is competitive, accountable, and relentlessly focused on winning.
What You’ll Own
North America revenue performance across new business and account management
A multi-layered organisation of Directors and senior leaders, built to scale
The execution of a platform-led sales motion across UCaaS and CCaaS
A sales culture defined by energy, ambition, accountability, and results
What You’ll Do
Build and lead a best-in-class Enterprise and Commercial sales organisation
Partner closely with the CRO to redefine go-to-market strategy in North America
Drive predictable pipeline, forecasting discipline, and consistent target over-achievement
Personally engage in high-value, complex enterprise deals
Attract, develop, and retain top sales leadership talent
Set the pace, raise the bar, and create a team people want to win with
Who You Are
A proven North American sales leader with experience at VP level or equivalent
Deep background in Unified Communications, Contact Center, or cloud communications
Experienced leading leaders, not just individual contributors
Highly target-driven, competitive, and commercially sharp
Comfortable operating in fast-change, growth-oriented SaaS environments
Known for building strong teams, clear accountability, and winning cultures

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
