Partner Marketing & Demand Management Manager, CPaaS (Based in Philippines)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to grow 8x8's CPaaS business across the APAC & EMEA region. In this role, you will own the co-marketing strategy and digital demand generation engine, working with and through a set of strategic channel partners to build pipeline, accelerate bookings, and recruit new partners in support of overall channel sales growth goals.
You will work across Reseller, TSD, Distributor, and Agent/Technology Advisor partner segments to develop agreed co-marketing plans, while also driving your own demand management programs with SDR. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of channel marketing experience and hands-on demand management execution, with a deep understanding of the APAC market landscape.
Responsibilities
Partner Marketing
Collaborate with channel sales to understand business goals and develop a partner marketing strategy aligned to company and partner objectives
Develop and execute joint marketing plans with focus channel partners, covering integrated campaigns, co-branded content, events, and partner enablement activities
Adapt existing 8x8 campaigns for APAC and EMEA market relevance and make them usable by partners in their own marketing efforts
Develop co-branded marketing materials, content, and campaigns that articulate a compelling joint value proposition for each partner segment
Own partner communication and enablement via the 8x8 partner portal, partner specific meetings, and scalable webinars
Cultivate brand advocates among partners by equipping them with valuable assets, resources, and collaborative opportunities aligned to 8x8's brand and messaging
Demand Management
Develop and manage a structured demand management process, working closely with SDRs to ensure timely follow up, accurate lead qualification, and consistent pipeline progression from first touch to sales accepted opportunity
Own the lead management lifecycle end to end: audience segmentation, content and asset development, lead nurture flows, SDR handoff protocols, and closed loop reporting back to marketing
Define and maintain lead qualification criteria (MQL to SQL) in close collaboration with SDR leads and channel sales, ensuring consistent scoring, routing, and follow up across APAC and EMEA markets
Develop and test campaign messaging, offers, and creative to continuously improve conversion rates and SDR connect rates across the funnel
Collaborate with the global Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams to localize campaigns for APAC and EMEA audiences and partner ecosystems, ensuring SDR teams in each region are equipped with the right talk tracks and supporting materials
Performance & Optimization
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance against pipeline, bookings, and ROI targets, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Use data and analytics to optimize programs in real time, ensuring marketing investment is directed toward the highest performing activities
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging digital marketing technologies relevant to the APAC CPaaS market
Qualifications
5 or more years in channel or partner marketing or B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, or telco
Proven experience planning and executing digital demand generation campaigns with measurable pipeline and ROI outcomes
Solid background working with Reseller, TSD, Distributor, or Agent/Technology Advisor partner models, ideally in APAC markets
Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Proficient in digital marketing channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads/SEM, email marketing, and webinar platforms
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with campaign attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels
Highly organized self starter, able to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
Solid understanding of the APAC market landscape, with familiarity of the SEA or North Asia and local partner ecosystems being a strong advantage
