The Revenue Operations Analyst, CPaaS is a pivotal role at the intersection of financial integrity, sales process excellence, and intelligent automation. Based in Manila, you will own the systems, workflows, and analytical frameworks that protect revenue, eliminate margin leakage, and empower the sales team to operate faster and smarter.
This is not a traditional analyst role. You will be expected to build, design and deploy AI-powered tools, HubSpot automations, and data pipelines that replace manual processes with scalable, intelligent systems. You will combine deep financial acumen with a builder's mindset to transform how the CPaaS business detects risk, calculates performance, and drives commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
AI-Powered Revenue Assurance & Leakage Detection
Design and deploy automated revenue assurance pipelines that reconcile billing, usage, and supplier invoice data in near real-time, flagging discrepancies before they compound into losses.
Maintain a live revenue risk register with automated alerting, tracking identified leakage, root cause tags, remediation owners, and financial impact in real time.
Partner with Finance and Product to ensure cost structures, supplier rates, and pricing models stay synchronized across systems and build automated checks to enforce this alignment.
Sales Process Automation & HubSpot Operations
Own HubSpot configuration, workflow automation, and data integrity for the CPaaS sales team, ensuring the CRM accurately reflects pipeline status, deal economics, and customer lifecycle stages.
Design and build HubSpot workflows that automate key sales process steps: deal stage progression triggers, task creation, approval routing, quote-to-close handoffs, and follow-up sequences.
Automate deal desk and onboarding workflows, reducing turnaround time and dependency on manual handoffs.
Partner with Sales Leadership to design and deploy HubSpot reporting dashboards that give real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, rep performance, and forecast accuracy.
Commissions & Incentives
Calculate sales commissions, cross-referencing against billing actuals and revenue recognition records, and applying the correct compensation plan rules for each rep and deal type.
Maintain commission trackers that are clear, audit-ready, and self-explanatory, showing data sources, applied logic, adjustments, and final payouts in a format both Finance and sales reps can independently verify.
Manage exceptions hands-on, including split deal attribution, clawbacks, ramp adjustments, mid-cycle plan changes, and multi-product deals, working directly with Sales Leadership and Finance to reach accurate, agreed outcomes.
Internal Automation & AI Tooling
Beyond specific workflows, you will drive a culture of automation-first thinking across Revenue Operations:
Identify and prioritize manual, repetitive workflows across RevOps, Finance, Billing, and Sales Operations, owning the end-to-end design and delivery of automation solutions.
Explore and implement AI tools to augment analyst workflows and reduce time-to-insight.
Maintain a documented library of all automated controls, pipelines, and workflows, ensuring auditability, maintainability, and knowledge continuity across the team.
Reporting, Analytics & Business Reviews
Build and own Power BI dashboards providing real-time visibility into revenue health, margin performance, leakage trends, commissions status, and sales process efficiency.
Develop automated reporting pipelines that surface leadership-ready insights without manual data pulls, scheduled, triggered, or always-on.
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data-driven summaries, variance analysis, and forward-looking recommendations.
Partner with Sales Operations on forecasting, pipeline data extraction, and revenue trend analysis.
Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2-3 in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related roles (CPaaS, SaaS, or telecom preferred).
Understanding of revenue recognition, cost allocation, and margin management principles.
