Accela is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a cross-functional marketing initiative. This contract role will be responsible for organizing, tracking, and driving work from kickoff through completion, ensuring alignment across teams and the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a cross-functional marketing project from kickoff through completion, partnering closely with creative leads and key stakeholders.
- Audit, organize, and manage updates to a wide range of marketing assets, including the website, sales materials, and social media templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Manage timelines, resources, and workflows.
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep work on schedule.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Work closely with Accela’s website team to ensure consistency across digital and marketing channels.
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within marketing, creative services, or related environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with creative teams and an understanding of marketing and brand workflows.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight
