At Acoustic, our goal is to empower brands to build lasting customer connections through personal, relevant, and frictionless engagement. We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Communications Coordinator. This role is a critical part of our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and communication strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging and visually appealing content for diverse audiences. Content may include emails, website copy, blog posts, presentations, and more.

Maintain editorial calendar aligned to key marketing initiatives, themes, and goals.

Support social media strategy by crafting daily posts, monitoring and tracking campaigns, and reporting social media analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Manage marketing communication project schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. 

Provide support for webinars, events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to marketing strategies and practices.

Communicate and collaborate with creative resources in-house and external agencies.  

Graphic design, marketing automation, and video editing capability a plus, but not required.

This role presents an exciting challenge as it requires both creative flair and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and attention to detail, along with robust project management experience.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role.

Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrated experience with maintaining and developing content.  

Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms on behalf of a corporation or brand.

Proficient in various software applications including MS Office, Smartsheet, and Sprout Social.
