At AdvancedMD, located in South Jordan, UT, we are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our Order to Cash (OTC) team. In this role, you will play a key part in processing sales orders, managing billing cycles, and maintaining accurate financial records. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues, ensure timely invoicing, and support month-end closing activities. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance team within a transformative healthcare technology company.

Essential Job Duties:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Generate and send out invoices to clients based on agreements and billing cycles
• Monitor and track incoming payments, ensuring accurate application to customer accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing or payments
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales and customer service) to resolve billing disputes or issues
• Process credit memos, refunds, and adjustments as needed
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Answer phone que calls

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
