Role Summary

As a Partner Development Manager(Billing Service District Manager) at AdvancedMD, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our network of medical billing service partners. This role combines strategic relationship management with business development. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new billing partners who do not currently have a direct relationship with AdvancedMD. Over a two-year period, you will work closely with these partners to onboard their clients efficiently while uncovering opportunities for mutual growth.

This is a growth-focused, hunter-style position, requiring a proactive approach to building new partnerships and driving results. You’ll collaborate with internal teams across implementation, support, and marketing to deliver an exceptional partner experience and ensure long-term success for both the partner and AdvancedMD.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned leads and billing service partners within your territory
  • Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new clients brought in by partners, ensuring a smooth and timely setup
  • Develop trusted relationships with partner leadership and staff to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance
  • Identify product needs or new practice opportunities within partner portfolios or marketing and bring AdvancedMD’s software as the solution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding workflows, resolve issues, and optimize the partner-client experience

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare billing, SaaS implementation, or partner/client success management
  • You’re highly motivated and self-driven

  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing workflows and/or EHR and practice management systems preferred
  • Experience with AdvancedMD software is a strong plus

Work Environment

  • Hybrid office arrangement to start in the South Jordan, Utah office location, with option to work remotely available. Remote work is contingent upon individual role, team structure and alignment to role KPIs.
