Role Summary
Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and advancing healthcare technology? AdvancedMD is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our inside sales development function and drive measurable business growth. In this role, you will oversee the lead generation process, coach and develop associates, and ensure strong collaboration across sales and marketing to maximize pipeline opportunities.

As National Sales Manager, you’ll bring proven sales leadership expertise, a consultative selling approach, and deep knowledge of healthcare software solutions. You will be responsible for managing performance expectations, guiding team members through planning and goal-setting, and ensuring disciplined execution in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. By leveraging tools like NetSuite and your ability to align team activities with organizational goals, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping AdvancedMD’s continued growth and success.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Lead Management: Oversee the entire lead process from first contact to lead pass, ensuring a seamless handoff to sales associates

  • Pipeline Oversight: Maintain and manage the lead pipeline to maximize conversion opportunities

  • Consultative Guidance: Assist prospects in selecting the right products by aligning solutions with their specific business needs

  • Team Leadership: Manage associates to defined performance and activity expectations, providing regular coaching and accountability

  • Performance Development: Conduct planning sessions with associates, creating performance plans to drive success and continuous improvement

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize lead generation strategies and identify new source opportunities

  • CRM Utilization: Leverage NetSuite to track, follow up, and document all leads, lead transfers, and closed opportunities with accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications:

  • B2B sales experience with some experience in SaaS or healthcare IT
  • Demonstrated successful track record in sales and sales leadership
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Strong understanding of medical practice workflows and revenue cycle management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Completed ALP program

Work Environment

  • Hybrid office arrangement to start in the South Jordan, Utah office location, with option to work remotely available. Remote work is contingent upon individual role, team structure and alignment to role KPIs.
