Role Summary
Are you a high-performing sales professional with a deep understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM) and a passion for healthcare innovation? AdvancedMD is seeking an experienced RCM Senior District Manager to join our dynamic sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by delivering our comprehensive suite of cloud-based RCM and practice management solutions to independent medical practices and outpatient healthcare providers.
As an RCM Sr. District Manager, you’ll leverage your SaaS sales expertise and knowledge of healthcare financial operations to build strong client relationships, deliver strategic solutions, and close high-value deals. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations seeking to optimize their billing, collections, and revenue processes through technology. Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure a seamless sales experience from first contact through contract signing and implementation.

Essential Job Duties
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the end-to-end RCM sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution presentation, proposal creation, and deal closure.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the financial and operational needs of medical practices, positioning RCM solutions that drive efficiency, reduce denials, and improve collections.
- Lead Generation: Partner with marketing and SDR teams to generate and nurture a consistent pipeline of qualified RCM opportunities.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling, ROI-focused demos of RCM, EHR, and practice management solutions to physicians, office managers, and revenue cycle leaders.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasting and documentation in Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and visibility into all deal stages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term RCM client satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on healthcare reimbursement trends, payer policies, and regulatory changes impacting RCM to strengthen your consultative approach.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals in a high-performance, competitive environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant exposure to RCM, billing services, or healthcare financial technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-velocity sales environment
- Strong understanding of medical billing workflows, payer reimbursement models, and practice financial operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Self-starter with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset

Work Environment
- Hybrid office arrangement to start in the South Jordan, Utah office location, with option to work remotely available. Remote work is contingent upon individual role, team structure and alignment to role KPIs.
