All About the Job
The Product Manager is a strategic owner of product outcomes who leads continuous discovery to identify the highest-value problems facing K-12 districts and determines when a software solution is warranted. This role combines deep customer empathy with data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, structured research, AI-powered tooling, and direct engagement with district stakeholders to validate opportunities and shape the product roadmap.
The Product Manager also champions product operations practices by establishing standardized workflows, managing the product team's tooling ecosystem, and ensuring customer insights and usage data flow to the right stakeholders at the right time. They proactively monitor the legislative updates and anticipate their impact on product roadmap.
The Product Manager embraces AI as a force multiplier across all aspects of the role, from rapid prototyping and concept validation to research synthesis, competitive analysis, and stakeholder communication. They use AI prototyping tools to quickly bring ideas to life and test concepts to accelerate the path from insight to validated solution.
