Job Summary:

Provides confirmation of details of client enrolment into systems management.

Essential Functions/Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing high quality service to our clients in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Responds timely to client cases, e-mails and voice mail messages.
  • Provides documentation and evaluation of each account to determine if further research is necessary.
  • Solve Client issues by resolving documentation gaps with Payer knows when to escalate to the next tier level.
  • Participate in quality processes.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

0-2 years relevant work experience (Preferred)

Working Arrangements:

  • Primarily works in standard office environment.
  • On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meeting business needs
