As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to incoming calls, follow-up through emails from our everyday users - patients. You will use creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced call center environment and provide excellent customer service to ensure our providers utilize our platform effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service skills; answering patient calls; prompt return and follow up to all interactions; prompt response to requests for information, both internally and externally.
- Interact with patients via Live Calls to help troubleshoot and resolve complex billing related issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing fast and accurate responses on calls.
- Be a champion of change management with both internal and external customers.
- Document and manage customer interactions in Veradigm CRM system.
- Able to rapidly learn new software to deliver customer satisfaction.
- Able to work effectively under stressful conditions in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify trends and offer feedback to improve systems and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement with our platform.
Academic and professional qualifications:
Educational Background: 10+2 or Bachelor's Degree/Diploma preferred.
Experience:
- US Medical Billing knowledge and experience.
- Total customer service experience/ experience of 0-2years.
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, patient and professional phone demeanor.
- Dependable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours:
Capable of working in night shifts with timings
07:30pm to 04:30am IST (In Daylight Savings: 08:30pm to 05:30am IST).
