Job Description
Experienced IT Operations and Infrastructure leader responsible for managing teams across India and the US, ensuring seamless collaboration and service delivery. Skilled in stakeholder management, hosting technologies, infrastructure support, and cloud operations. Proven ability to drive operational excellence, maintain high system availability, and align technology services with business objectives. Strong focus on cross-functional coordination, incident management, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages a team of employees that support employees experiencing problems with IS supported software and hardware.

• Ensures that the network is current with systems standards and that the organization is providing appropriate services.

• Consults with various departments on information systems, communications, and other initiatives.

• Researches and recommends vendor provided solutions/tools in line with Veradigm's tactical and strategic goals as directed.

• Responsible for the adherence of all team members of standards and methods for developing and deploying applications at the company.

• Main point of contact for customer requests and proactive involvement in solving business problems with technology solutions.

• Keeps informed of new developments and trends; makes recommendations to Sr. Manager, IS.

• Assists in selection and setup of applications for usage.

• Manages the personnel activities of Support Analyst team members covering development, feedback, and mentoring.

• Trains personnel, Identify and recruit internal/external talents to ensure effective mix of competencies, induct new joiners in order to quickly maximize performance

• Set and communicate team/individual objectives and KPI to inspire individuals to achieve high performance

• Allocate workload to fully utilize every employee’s talent

• Implement development plans and coach for individuals to reach their maximum talent

• Provide regular constructive feedback on performance/development and address poor/mediocre performance on a timely manner

• Recognize high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent. Regularly communicate on company news and team progress against business plan

• Create team spirit

Work Experience: 8+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Expert level or equivalent experience.

Management Experience: 2-4 years relevant leadership experience.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
  • Professional certifications are highly preferred and considered a strong asset.

Working Arrangements:

• Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements

• Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely

• May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays

• On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs

Travel- Up to 10% travel may be required
