The Expert Implementation Consultant leads complex, cross-functional software implementations with a high degree of independence, connecting the full patient care cycle — front-office, clinical, coding, and billing — to financial performance. This role plans and executes multi-department onboarding for enterprise and multi-site clients, mentors other Implementation Consultants, and serves as a trusted advisor to client leadership, escalating only genuine scope or design questions upstream.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation for enterprise or multi-site clients, spanning registration, scheduling, documentation, coding, billing, and reporting workstreams
Assess client operational and clinical maturity to identify where upstream gaps create downstream revenue risk
Define and manage cross-workstream implementation plans, coordinating project management, technical, and sales teams
Facilitate client leadership meetings and executive steering sessions, translating operational and technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Identify and resolve delivery risk proactively, escalating scope or design questions to a solutions architect when requirements are not yet defined
Mentor and train other Implementation Consultants on complex delivery patterns and client engagement
Own client training strategy and lead refinement of onboarding materials across the implementation team
Manage cross-workstream readiness and post-go-live transition to ongoing operations
Support pre-sales scoping input on complex or multi-product opportunities when requested
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience
Experience: 7+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience
Up to 80% travel may be required
Compensation Range:
$92,972-$129,231Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate’s unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
