Position located in Pune, India Office. Working hours Monday thru Friday 7:30pm - 4:30am

POSITION-SPECIFIC OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving the training curriculum that prepares new and tenured associates to perform front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle functions accurately and compliantly. This role partners with Operations, Quality, Workforce Management, and Client Services to close skill gaps, accelerate new-hire time-to-proficiency, and sustain the production quality, productivity, and compliance standards that RCM clients require. The Training Manager owns the training lifecycle end to end: needs assessment, curriculum design, delivery, certification, and post-training performance tracking, and serves as the primary escalation point for all learning and capability-building activities within the account or business unit.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of training consultants, instructional professionals, and learning specialists to ensure high-quality delivery of training services and learning solutions.
  • Establish team priorities, allocate resources, and manage workload to support organizational objectives, client commitments, implementation activities, and operational requirements.
  • Oversee the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of training programs, curricula, learning materials, and performance support resources.
  • Partner with business leaders, clients, product teams, implementation teams, and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training strategies that support business goals and successful solution adoption.
  • Ensure training programs effectively support onboarding, workforce readiness, product utilization, workflow adoption, and business process execution.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics, learner feedback, assessments, and business outcomes, implementing improvements to enhance learning impact.
  • Establish and maintain standards, methodologies, and best practices for instructional design, training delivery, content development, and learning measurement.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of training content to ensure accuracy, consistency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with product and service enhancements.
  • Support organizational change and client implementation initiatives through learning strategies, knowledge transfer plans, and readiness programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure learning programs align with customer needs, operational priorities, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, learning technologies, and other resources as assigned.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, professional development, and operational excellence within the team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8 years’ experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs, learning solutions, or workforce development initiatives.
  • Experience leading, supervising, mentoring, or developing employees, project teams, or training professionals.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning effectiveness measurement practices.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Experience using learning technologies, learning management systems, and training delivery tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, clinical operations, software, SaaS, or professional services environments.
  • Experience leading training teams that support product implementations, client onboarding, technology adoption, or organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience managing customer-facing training and enablement programs.
  • Knowledge of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, coding, reimbursement, or operational processes.
  • Experience with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience implementing learning strategies, competency frameworks, and workforce capability programs.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation, change management, or enterprise learning initiatives.
  • Professional certifications in learning and development, instructional design, project management, change management, leadership, or related disciplines.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS

Primarily works in a standard office environment. Sit/Stand at a desk working consistently on a computer. Frequently talking, hearing, seeing, and heavy use of a keyboard and mouse. May require working after hours.
