We are looking for a Senior Clinical Data Analyst to help drive data-driven decisions that impact AndHealth’s patients, partners, and business. They will collect, analyze, and interpret complex clinical data from a variety of sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve how we operate and deliver care.

What you’ll do in the role:
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to generate insights that articulate AndHealth’s value story to our partners and patients.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain clinical data from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), clinical program outputs, and patient surveys
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through quality control measures.
  • Employ statistical methods and data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from clinical data.
  • Build sustainable and reliable reporting and visualizations effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing data analysis findings, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
  • Assist in clinical research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of our solutions and programs.
  • Provide actionable insights in support of strategic planning, product development, and operational decisions.
  • Other responsibilities as needed based on business needs.

Education & Licensure Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, data analysis/business intelligence, computer science/management information systems, healthcare informatics, or similar required; Graduate degree preferred.

Other Skills or Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets; Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
  • Expert proficiency in common data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Technical expertise with Microsoft Excel and common data visualization tools (i.e. Lookr, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, etc.)
  • Experience with clinical data, including EHRs and healthcare databases (e.g. Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of epidemiology principles and familiarity with healthcare quality and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
  • Proficiency in both Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience working in a healthcare organization (preferably in a startup or high-growth setting).
  • Trustworthy and accountable behavior with a track record of interacting with and maintaining confidential information.
