Position Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant sales team in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and driven by the desire to help our students achieve their career goals. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of BARBRI.

    • Understand and effectively communicate our product offerings, competitive advantages, and handle common questions with ease.
    • Leverage your excellent negotiation and influencing skills to close deals and build lasting client relationships.
    • Own your student enrolment target on a course-by-course basis and provide regular accurate forecasting.
    • Use and interrogate data to identify opportunities, highlight risks, and mitigate cancellations.
    • Follow established sales processes and best practices to achieve and exceed your targets.
    • Embrace the opportunity to grow and succeed in our fast-paced sales environment. Your willingness to learn is key.
    • Possess a solid understanding of general business processes and principles to connect with clients and their needs.
    • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including presentations on sales attainment during quarterly check-ins.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network, learn, and promote BARBRI’s products and services.

    Essential Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales with a track record in both inbound and outbound sales.
    • Ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Highly professional and take pride in your work
    • Capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
    • Supportive team player with excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Ability to travel as required.

    Desirable Requirements

    • Experience in the education or training sector would be beneficial
    • Previous experience working in a CRM is essential, Salesforce CRM experience is highly desirable
    • Previous experience using call management software is essential, Five9 software experience would beneficial
    • Previous experience and success using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator is highly desirable
    • Additional languages would be beneficial but not essential

    General Responsibilities

    As a member of the global team, you will:

    • Act as a role model and ambassador for the Company to enhance BARBRI’s brand awareness and perception
    • Carry out a wide range of activities to ensure the success of BARBRI
    • Attend and contribute to team meetings
    • Track and report on projects to your line manager

    Location

    We operate with a hybrid working approach with 3 days per week in the London office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days per week from home (Mon, Fri).
