The National Director of Legal Education (NDLE) is, in many ways, the face of BARBRI bar review. Successful NDLE’s are curious and knowledgeable about the law and bar exams, thrive in a competitive sales environment, self-motivated, exhibit true attention to detail, have a passion for helping students succeed, and can demonstrate knowledge on all BARBRI products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Nurturing law student leads through the demand process (lead, prospect, opportunity) leveraging tools such as Salesforce.
- Assisting law students in making smart choices around student success, bar success and professional development.
- Presenting national webinars on subjects related to law school and bar success.
- Partnering with marketing to communicate to law students about offerings and options and the value proposition of BARBRI.
- Sales and management of a territory of approximately 4 schools.
- Leading teams of student representatives who assist in promoting BARBRI at their respective schools.
Qualifications:

- Outstanding presentation and speaking skills. Proven experience in public speaking/webinar presentations is a plus.
- Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and closing techniques.
- Ability to understand and learn new technologies regularly.
- Successfully manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of or experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Passion for helping law students be successful
Education/Experience:
- Juris Doctor is preferred.
- 2 – 3 years of experience selling in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- 2 – 3 years of management experience preferred
Communication/Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to present recommendations and plans to senior management and key customer representatives with poise and professional effectiveness.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and presentation software and be able to effectively use the Internet and Email. Working knowledge of a Customer Management System tool is highly preferred.

Directly manages Student Representatives.
