Job Summary:
Our Campus Ambassadors play a pivotal role in promoting our courses at universities across the UK. They target both law and non-law students and help spread brand awareness and connect us with university students and staff.
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Campus Ambassadors to join the next intake for the academic year 2026/2027. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging students and driven by the desire to help fellow students achieve their legal career goals. As a BARBRI campus ambassador, you will be responsible for representing the BARBRI brand, building and maintaining university and peer networks, and contributing to the overall BARBRI brand awareness at your local university campus.
This is a part-time fixed-term position with an expected commitment of approximately 20 hours across the 2026/2027 academic year. High-performing Campus Ambassadors may have the opportunity to progress into a Campus Ambassador Lead role with additional responsibilities and rewards.
Campus Ambassadors are paid £12.50 per hour, plus incentive opportunities, and are expected to complete approximately 20 hours of work during the academic year (September 2026 – April 2027).
Applicants must have the ongoing right to work in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland for the duration of the engagement. BARBRI is unable to provide employment sponsorship for this position.
General Responsibilities:
Act as a representative and point of contact between BARBRI and university students
Establish and maintain connections with law societies and local networking groups
Establish and maintain connections with the law faculty careers teams and assist with any logistical arrangements for BARBRI events and activities on campus
Organise at least one event on campus in the first semester or secure participation/guest speakership at one event in the first semester
Be responsible for on-campus promotion of BARBRI events and activities (posters, flyers, social media, word-of-mouth, etc)
Provide regular updates on campus events and initiatives
Maintain social media presence, regularly engage with and reshare posts from BARBRI where relevant, and personalise with commentary
Maintain an active presence and participate in the community through events (e.g., law and careers fairs) and networking while representing the BARBRI brand
Be available to test out sample materials and product tasters, providing feedback as required (e.g. written or short video content for public use)
Participate in all mandatory training sessions
Essential Requirements:
Currently enrolled in and actively pursuing a degree at a university in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland
Ambitious and self-motivated, able to work independently and on a collaborative basis
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly professional with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Capable of building and maintaining relationships on campus through outreach and networking
Creative and social media-minded, comfortable using Canva and Instagram to create and promote content, according to branding guidelines (training will be provided)
Ability to travel as required, locally and nationally, for training sessions
Experience with organising on-campus events and/or involvement in student societies is highly desirable
Have an interest in pursuing law as a career, whether you are a law or non-law student
