About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within enterprise clients, whilst growing existing client relationships. You will position Black Duck as the supplier of choice within your accounts.

To meet and exceed your individual sales quota, you will drive the sales cycle to success. You will meet the client’s requirements and be responsible for collaborating with the relevant internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals.

The right candidate will possess excellent energy and drive and a real desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts. They will have the ability to build effective relationships quickly and to find valuable business within each account immediately that can then be enhanced by leveraging internal resources. You will help organizations to develop secure software faster. Your mission is to understand the challenges faced by the clients and assist them on their Application Security Journey. You will leverage a wide portfolio of tools and services addressing all aspects of Appsec: people, process and technology.

What You'll Do

  • Act as Black Duck ambassador.
  • Create a prospecting strategy to identify potential customers, develop relationships, build sales pipeline, prepare and present solutions, and negotiate contracts that achieve quarterly sales quotas.
  • Identify, cultivate and close new business sales relationships with enterprise account at an executive level in the designated territory.
  • Develop an overall account strategy that will lead to a well-executed, team based selling effort.
  • Ability to engage members of the presales and professional services organizations at multiple stages of the sales cycle including POCs and POVs. Together with Sales engineer, you will team up to deliver outstanding product demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Build a strong partnership with existing customers and focus on customer retention, high renewal rates and expansion within the customer.
  • Develop strategic business plans for the territory.
  • Develop account and opportunity plans to improve account strategy.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage the sales process (MEDDPICC) and negotiate contracts.
  • Provide accurate forecasting both on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Working in a fast-paced environment closing large strategic deals
  • Partner with our channel team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue. Develop relationships with our channel and service partners to create strategic opportunities.
  • Generate demand with channel partners, resellers and end-user customers to grow mindshare, product awareness, and business relationships.
  • Able to negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large enterprises by selling value and return on investment
  • You will be working with partners and alliances in Saudi Arabia for maximum effectiveness

What You’ll Need

  • Must Be Saudi National
  • Must be living in Saudi and Selling Software into Saudi Arabia.
  • Extensive Enterprise Software selling knowledge and experience to Enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to create and deliver value propositions
  • Ability to identify and influence key decision makers
  • Ability to succeed in a quota driven sales environment at an Enterprise level
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism. Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire. Team player, result driven.
  • Good knowledge of CyberSecurity , DevOp’s and DevSecOp’s solutions and highly experienced in software solution sales (Familiar with software development environment and culture, and Application Security in general)

Make important forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy. You keep your pipeline accurate, and your forecast updated for management

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 10+ years of sales experience
  • Strong Operational Excellence skills including Salesforce.com, Clari, (3-5 years’ experience with Salesforce and Clari) and accurate forecasting methodology.
  • Requires working knowledge of consultative sales methodologies, preferably MEDDPICC.
  • Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of a channel-centric GTM approaches
  • Possess, at minimum, a fundamental understanding of security threats, solutions, and security tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
  • You’re highly competitive, ramp quickly, are incredibly adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to your assigned accounts and Company meetings.
  • Highly ethical and professional personal conduct.
