Are you ready to launch your sales career in a high-energy, fast-paced environment? Blancco Technology Group is building a top-tier Sales Development function, and we’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing team in Asia Pacific.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll partner closely with National Account Managers, Account Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, and Sales Leaders to drive targeted outreach, build pipeline, and gain hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle. This role is the perfect opportunity to build the foundation for a long-term, successful career in sales.
You’ll also benefit from direct engagement with senior leaders and members of our Executive Team, giving you deep insight into our dynamic, results-driven, and supportive culture.

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Lead Generation & Outreach
· Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads to support a strong, healthy sales pipeline.
· Conduct high-volume outreach (50+ activities per day) across phone, email, and social channels.
· Book meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales Team.
· Hold meaningful, high-quality conversations to understand prospect needs and pain points.
✔️ Sales Collaboration & Strategy
· Work closely with the Global Sales Team to build targeted outreach strategies and account engagement plans.
· Collaborate with internal teams to gather account insights, map key stakeholders, and identify use-case opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Experience & Skills
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create a positive first impression.
· Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and social media.
· Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required.
· Fluency in English is essential.

· Ability to understand customer challenges and articulate business value.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

🔹 Education
· BA/BS degree or relevant practical experience.
