What you’ll be doing
Build pipeline and start conversations
- Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads across phone, email, and social channels
- Book meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Learn how to uncover customer challenges and position business value
- Develop confidence in high volume outreach with coaching and clear frameworks
- Partner closely with Account Managers, National Account Managers, and Inside Sales
- Help research accounts, map stakeholders, and support target account strategies
- Contribute to multi‑language, multi‑market outreach across Europe
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Fluent in English, German & French
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional approach
- Willingness to learn, be coached, and try new things
- BA/BS degree or relevant practical experience.
- Any sales, customer service, or client facing experience
- Interest in technology or B2B sales
- Curious and motivated by development
- Strong organisational skills and comfortable juggling priorities
- Energetic, resilient, and eager to succeed
