Key Responsibilities
· Define and execute the global IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
· Lead and develop globally distributed teams across India, Finland, and the United States.
· Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable global infrastructure, including cloud environments, networks, enterprise systems, and endpoints in support of international offices, remote employees and global customers.
· Oversee DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud operations, and platform reliability to support engineering productivity.
· Establish and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture, including risk management, employee awareness, and compliance initiatives to achieve global standards and certifications.
· Drive service excellence through defined SLAs, IT service management processes, process improvements, and initiatives that drive employee operability.
· Develop and manage the global IT budget, vendor relationships, and technology investments to ensure cost efficiency and value delivery.
· Implement governance frameworks, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery capabilities to support global operations, working in conjunction with other senior stakeholders.
· Serve as the ROC Officer, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate governance obligations.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience (15+ years for Senior Director level), including management of global or distributed teams.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing IT Operations, DevOps, Helpdesk, and Information Security functions.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and leading cross-cultural organizations.
- Experience implementing IT service management frameworks (such as ITIL) and operational KPIs.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC, ISO).
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
