About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional to drive the adoption of our market-leading data erasure solutions across enterprise and public sector organizations in Japan.


This is a full-cycle sales role where you will own the process from lead generation to deal closure — including prospecting, appointment setting, solution positioning, proposal development, client engagement, negotiation, and closing.


You will be supported by dedicated Sales Engineers for product demonstrations and POC activities, and by our Technical Support team for all post-sales technical matters. This allows you to stay focused on what you do best — building pipeline, closing deals, and growing revenue.

Target Customers

Organizations handling sensitive, confidential, or regulated data Primarily focused on enterprise accounts across all industries, including large corporations and public sector organizations.


Sales Motion

This role is heavily focused on new business acquisition, executed through high-touch enterprise sales and strategic partnerships.


At the same time, you will also manage and grow assigned existing accounts from year one — driving expansion, upsell, and long-term account development.


You will therefore operate in a hybrid model of hunter + farmer, with a strong emphasis on pipeline generation and deal execution.


English & Development

English is not a strict requirement, but highly valued in a global organization. You will have exposure to global HQ communications and international collaboration, making this a strong environment for candidates looking to develop their English skills in a practical business setting.


Japanese is the primary working language for this role.


Work Style & Location

Tokyo (Minato-ku, Minami-Aoyama) with a flexible hybrid working model.

· Office presence approximately 1–2 days per week on a rotating basis

· No relocation required
