- **Strategic Vision:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our suite of enterprise applications. Translate business goals and customer needs into actionable plans that drive innovation and operational efficiency.
- **Product Ownership:** Serve as the key advocate for our internal tools, ensuring their continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. Define user stories, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
- **Requirements Definition:** Gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for enterprise applications, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of our internal users and support our customer-facing teams.
- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Actively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their needs, gather feedback, and communicate product updates. Maintain a strong pulse on the evolving business landscape to anticipate future requirements.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Foster strong partnerships with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Drive effective communication and collaboration to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- **Release Management:** Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Lead the planning and execution of product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features, enhancements, and updates.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish monitoring mechanisms to track the success and impact of enterprise applications. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and inform future product enhancements.
- **User Experience Enhancement:** Champion an exceptional user experience by advocating for intuitive interfaces, efficient workflows, and seamless integrations across our suite of internal tools.
- **Change Management:** Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes, providing training, documentation, and support to users as needed.
- **Innovation and Market Research:** Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise application development. Leverage insights to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience managing, administering, and developing enterprise-level applications such as CRM, IVR, and Contact Center Applications.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a Product Manager or Product Owner role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with agile methodologies and a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage metrics and analytics to inform product decisions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
