Position Overview:
The Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our benefits administration SaaS platform. This role will work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to drive product adoption, amplify our value proposition, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Positioning: Define and evolve the product positioning, messaging, and segmentation targeting specific customer personas and industries.

• Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including case studies, videos, white papers, and blog posts that resonate with our target audience.

• Customer Advocacy: Develop a program to harness customer testimonials, case studies, and reviews to enhance brand trustworthiness.

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of product launch plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment and market readiness.

• Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with training, collateral, and tools to effectively sell and demonstrate the value of our product.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, threats, and opportunities. Ensure the product and sales teams are well-informed of the competitive landscape.

• Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with product management, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.

• KPI Tracking: Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives against ROI and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS or benefits administration space.
• Demonstrated experience in go-to-market strategy development and execution.
• Proficient understanding of benefits administration, HR tech, or SaaS industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of partnering with product and sales teams.
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Standard working hours are 9am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $120,000-$160,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
