Responsibilities:
The primary objective of the Analyst II – Specialty Services position is to contribute to a team that produce “raves” through their ongoing service and support for a broad range of clients across multiple specialized functional areas.
Specialty Services includes: Evidence of Insurability, Life Claims Processing, and State Waivers.
This position is for: Client Analyst II - Specialty Services - Evidence of Insurability
This role is remote and can be filled anywhere in the U.S. However, no matter the candidate’s geography, bswift operates with Central time zone expectations for availability and expects the same of all teammates.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Manage deliverables independently and contribute to the health of overall book of clients by delivering outstanding service
• Serve as a SME/Coach to Analyst I
• Identify and offer suggestions to improve operations practices
• Build a relationship with internal customers via ongoing governance and personal discussions with full portfolio of clients and peers
• Communicate risks and status of deliverables proactively
• Back up Analysts I & II during absences
• Execute advanced tasks/audits
• Assist Manager to close escalations fully
• Participate in implementation projects as needed
• Adhere to processes and adapt to new procedures as they evolve
Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Other Requirements:
• 1+ years of work experience, which can include summer jobs, internships
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing priority list
• Willingness to overtime on occasion, with prior approval
• B.A. or B.S. required, or equivalent relevant work experience
Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $22-$29/hr, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
