The Client Analyst I – Specialty Services plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support for a broad range of clients across multiple specialized functional areas. This position is responsible for ensuring delivery on The Life Benefits Center of Excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):

Manage deliverables independently and contribute to the overall health of the client portfolio by delivering outstanding service.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and seek clarification when necessary.
Proactively communicate risks and status updates related to deliverables.
Provide backup support for fellow analysts during absences.
Adhere to processes and quickly adapt to new procedures as they evolve.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience):
1+ years of work experience, which can include summer jobs and internships.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office product skills. (VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, CONCAT, SUMIF, etc.)
Strong focus and time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime on occasion with prior approval.

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education and Experience):
Experience in benefits administration.
Knowledge of Life Insurance and other related benefit types.
Experience executing queries in SQL or similar platform.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $20-26/hr, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
