Position Summary:

We are seeking a polished, proactive Client Liaison to support one of our key clients in the area of employee benefits administration. This role acts as a high-touch escalation point for employees and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of benefit-related issues while maintaining exceptional client service standards. This role will be backed by a broader support team and internal resources for technical expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for employee benefit-related issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the client’s internal benefits team and vendor-aligned contacts.
  • Access and work within the client’s internal tools, including case management systems, communication platforms, and email (you will be issued a client email account).
  • Support Annual Enrollment activities and assist executives with their benefit enrollments as needed.
  • Present quarterly Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics and updates to the client.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and client service, especially when interacting with senior-level stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in client services, benefits administration, and employee support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally in client-facing meetings and presentations.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a range of ongoing issues and priorities.
  • Prior experience with bswift or similar benefits platforms
  • Ability to anticipate needs, follow up proactively, and work effectively with internal and external teams.

Additional Information:

  • This role is highly integrated with the client, and the selected candidate will be considered an extension of their internal team.
  • The role is focused on daily operational support and issue resolution..

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
