We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Senior Implementation Delivery Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Senior Implementation Delivery Manager is responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers with our best-in-class HR software and services. This role requires strong project leadership, deep benefits implementation expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional resources to ensure a successful implementation from kickoff through transition to ongoing services.

Overall Project Management

  • Serve as a technical and subject matter expert in key client-facing meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and touchpoints throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Deliver consistent and accurate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including bswift leadership.
  • Identify and address project risks, escalate appropriately, and take necessary measures to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Proactively manage challenges and keep projects on track.

Requirements & Solutioning

  • Ensure clear understanding of client requirements across the delivery team to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Consult with clients on best practices and recommend system or process changes aligned with their goals.
  • Stay current on bswift technology and industry trends to make informed recommendations that enhance client service strategies.

Configuration / Testing / Auditing

  • Oversee configuration, testing, and auditing activities; assign deliverables according to the project plan.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately across all workstreams.
  • Coordinate quarterly bswift technology releases with the internal Delivery team.
  • Coach and mentor implementation team members to cultivate a strong and knowledgeable team.

Go Live

  • Monitor delivery-related work activities across internal teams to ensure all Scope of Services are delivered effectively and on time, including payroll, communications, and other implementation services.

Hypercare

  • Ensure complete process documentation is provided and properly transitioned to ongoing support resources.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (required)
  • Must have current or previous experience with benefits/implementation processes and methods
  • 7+ years of client relationship, consulting, and implementation experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data summaries) and working knowledge of other MS Office products
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with internal, external, technical, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client and broker relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, organization, accuracy, and thoroughness
  • Ability to take initiative and approach challenges with resourcefulness and innovation while maintaining high quality standards

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education and Experience)

  • Experience in HR/benefits technology platforms
  • Prior leadership or mentoring responsibilities
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
