bswift is currently seeking a Specialty Services Analyst to join our growing DLEV team! The Specialty Services Analyst will mainly be responsible helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services.

Responsibilities of the DLEV Analyst I:
• Review employee provided documentation for dependent and life event verification, determine if the document meets requirements, and approve dependents and life events accordingly.
• Reject dependents and life events when verification process is not completed by deadline.
• Review and respond to employee questions via service center cases.
• Perform weekly audits to ensure system integrity.
• Triage client service team questions and escalations
• Participate in special projects as they arise

Required Qualifications of the Analyst I:
• 2+ years of professional experience within in analysis and data management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Office products
• High level of problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Dependent and Life Event Verification
• Healthcare industry background
Education:
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $19.00-$23.00/hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
