We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and innovative Manager, Growth Marketing to lead key initiatives that drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and fuel revenue growth across the full customer lifecycle. This role will design and execute omnichannel growth strategies that optimize acquisition, expansion, and retention performance. The Senior Manager will lead a small team of high-performing marketers and play a critical role in shaping our full-funnel growth engine through data, experimentation, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings a potent mix of marketing leadership, analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and proven success scaling revenue through measurable, optimized marketing programs. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Content teams to align efforts and deliver impactful growth results.

In This Role You Will:

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of growth marketers to achieve pipeline and revenue goals
  • Set strategic priorities and guide execution of integrated marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance insights

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Build and execute full-funnel, omni-channel marketing strategies that support the entire customer lifecycle—from awareness and acquisition to expansion and retention
  • Own campaign development from ideation through execution, partnering cross-functionally to ensure consistency, clarity, and conversion across all tactics

Optimization, Testing & Analytics

  • Leverage data, experimentation, and advanced analytics to improve conversion rates, increase velocity through the funnel, and drive ROI
  • Implement structured A/B testing, performance tracking, and optimization plans across all channels
  • Define and report on KPIs and marketing-attributed impact, including lead volume, pipeline creation, and revenue influence

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams to build aligned, integrated programs
  • Lead cross-functional projects that require coordination across internal teams to drive campaign effectiveness and consistency
  • Act as a strategic thought partner for senior stakeholders on growth and revenue marketing initiatives

Credentials and Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
  • Proven ability to develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics and platforms, including paid media, SEO, email, and content marketing
  • Strong analytical acumen; able to interpret performance data and develop insights that shape strategic direction
  • Proficient in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills, including experience presenting campaign strategy, insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations
  • Legal right to work in the United States

This role is designed to be hybrid, preferably within driving distance of the Charlotte headquarters with flexibility to collaborate virtually and attend in-person planning sessions or customer events as needed. Candidates must be based in the United States and able to work across time zones with distributed teams.
