We are looking for a highly skilled Teaching & Learning Manager at Discovery Education. You will bring learning to life by helping schools and districts experience the power of our innovative digital solutions. In this dynamic, forward-facing role, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, professional storyteller, and a problem solver—connecting educators’ goals to Discovery Education’s full suite of services that inspire curiosity, deepen engagement, and accelerate student success.

This role blends education, innovation, and influence—perfect for passionate educators and sales professionals who want to expand their impact. Your goal: help partners achieve their vision for teaching and learning while driving engagement, growth, and renewals across Discovery Education’s offerings.

In This Role You Will:

Collaborate closely with our field-based Partnership Managers to:

  • Deliver high-impact presentations and demonstrations that showcase the instructional value of Discovery Education resources.
  • Represent Discovery Education at events, workshops, and conferences, bringing our mission and products to life for educators and leaders.
  • Support pilot programs and implementations, helping districts experience firsthand the transformation our solutions make possible.
  • Create compelling instructional content and experiences that help teachers and administrators make authentic connections to the power of Discovery Education.

  • Strategic Storytelling: Create tailored presentations that differentiate offerings in competitive markets.
  • Partnership Alignment: Collaborate with districts to connect their goals with Discovery Education’s solutions.
  • Product Advocacy: Respond to evaluation criteria with clarity and confidence to showcase product strengths.
  • Content Development: Produce high-impact resources that support sales and elevate brand visibility.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales and success teams to refine strategies and drive growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across product, marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure message alignment.
  • Innovation & Growth: Lead initiatives that contribute to revenue generation and customer success.
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver timely, thoughtful responses to district needs through effective teamwork.

Credentials and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales environment with a strong understanding of sales team support and partner relationship management.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling in-person and virtual sales and product presentations with deep product expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and similar virtual collaboration tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Demonstrated initiative, urgency, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and market research.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Must reside in the Central region of the U.S. and be able to travel up to 75%.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
