We are growing rapidly and are looking to hire a Manager of Sales Development to join our Boston office. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Drawbridge is searching for a motivated leader to manage our Sales Development team. This team is responsible for engaging prospects, set-up introductory meetings and create new sales opportunities. Drawbridge’s industry-leading leading cybersecurity/GRC platform protects financial services firms and their investors from fraud and regulatory risk.

The ideal candidate is an expert in B2B tech sales development who is an analytical yet creative hands-on marketer with a passion for demand generation. They are highly collaborative and have a strong track record of planning, building and managing outbound campaigns that align with our go-to-market strategies. They’re excited by the challenge of working cross-functionally at a fast-paced, high-growth company. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where they will partner closely with other teams to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline.

In this role you will:

· Quickly achieve high-level knowledge of the Drawbridge platform and deep understanding of our positioning statements, buyer personas, and business needs

· Increase lead generation and qualification through a strategic and prescriptive sales development strategy by segment and persona. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound sales strategy

· Partner with the marketing team to strategize and execute email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, trade shows and social media

· Work closely with RevOps to provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of sales development contribution to the sales pipeline & conversion, program ROI, and customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity

· Recruit, hire, and coach sales development representatives to identify, target and qualify potential prospects

· Ownership of monthly metrics and goals of sales development including all activities, reporting on conversions, conversion points, and more

· Utilize Drawbridge’s sales/marketing stack to own and execute sales development activities including, but not limited to, cold outreach campaigns, inbound strategies, event prospecting, customer upsell opportunities, and more

· Work closely with the Sales and Marketing leadership on strategy, sales plays and campaigns

· Assist in maintaining sales and marketing data integrity

Requirements

· BS/BA is required

· Deep understanding of SaaS B2B sales development

· 5+ years of sales/business development experience

· 3+ years of management experience

· Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work in and across teams

· Exceptional ability to write and produce engaging outbound messaging, able to write quickly and concisely for non-technical audiences

· Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and Hubspot

Salary:
$80,000-$125,000
