We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team of individuals within the Client Services department. This role will assist our clients by delivering a positive experience with our product, including but not limited to responding timely to any concerns that may arise.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer questions posted to our web-based helpdesk system.
- Gather required information, analyze data, troubleshoot and provide solutions to client issues.
- Organize remote sessions with clients when necessary.
- Liaise between clients and technical staff.
- Deliver client feedback to the product team for the continuous improvement of our product.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Clear and concise writing style
- Technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
- Basic understanding of finance and investing
- Experience with MS Office products
- Experience with CRM/ERP and/or financial background are a definite advantage
- Clear and concise writing style, is a plus
- Excellent trouble-shooting and technical problem-solving skills, is a plus
- Strong team player
