The Company’s proprietary Dynamo Accounting™ software provides easy access to all firm information from one intuitive interface, handles complex fund structures and economic arrangements, and provides best of breed reporting. Dynamo Software’s experienced team of accounting professionals offers a full range of implementation and outsourcing services tailored to each client’s needs and budget. Clients include venture, buy-out, fund of funds, SBICs, family offices, and other private equity firms with assets under management ranging from under $200 million to multi-billion.

Although we operate as a unified team, our Dynamo Accounting team effectively has two practices:

  • Dynamo Accounting licensing and related implementation & support services
  • Outsourced Accounting and Reporting Services

Your responsibilities:

  • Monitor inbound investor requests, coordinate timely responses with multiple internal teams, and facility completion of investor deliverables
  • Complete recurring investor reporting request and investor questionnaires on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Create investor statements and notices and post to Dynamo’s secure proprietary investor portal
  • Organize and maintain all investor level data for investor relations and fund administration team to easily access and manipulate
  • Gather and review pertinent investor information from investor subscription documents and update the investor portal system accordingly
  • Maintain and update investor data within the investor portal to ensure accurate contact information
  • Work with investor relations and marketing team to enhance broad communication efforts to both existing and potential investors

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workloads while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Able to work independently with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment across several teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe
  • Previous experience using an Investor portal or CRM system or knowledge of private equity industries is a plus
