We are currently seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our energetic team, responsible for crafting application solutions and enhancements for our flagship product. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the ongoing development and enhancement of our SaaS platform, with a specific focus on backend applications, performance improvements, and the automation of deployments, among other important responsibilities.

Your daily life:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and system architects to design and implement robust and scalable platform solutions using the Microsoft stack.
• Taking ownership of the design, development, and maintenance of our core platform components and services, primarily developed in C#.
• Ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of the platform through rigorous testing, monitoring, and optimization.
• Utilizing PowerShell for automations and scripting to enhance platform efficiency and deployment processes.
• Working with TeamCity for CI/CD pipelines and Octopus Deploy for managing and automating deployments.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to platform performance, security, and integration.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in platform engineering and development.
  

What you bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in platform engineering or backend development.
• Proficiency in C# and experience with the Microsoft development stack.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), with experience in a Linux hosting environment.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases – Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, particularly TeamCity and Octopus Deploy (nice to have).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
