We are currently seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our energetic team. Partnership Accounting is core to alternative investment managers ability to manage and value their investments across the full ownership lifecycle. We are seeking a Mid/Senior Software Developer to join our engineering team responsible for developing the partnership accounting module in our flagship product.

Your daily life:

• Develop functional features in the core accounting module with an eye on high performance
• Triage and resolve complex issues reported on existing production systems
• Taking ownership of high-level design and implementation of React-based components and features
• Investigating and resolving front-end issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest quality user experience
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications
• Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization
• Participate in high-level design of highly complicated tasks
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

What you bring:

• 5+ years of software design and development using C# and related frameworks
• A minimum of 3 years of front-end development experience
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL
• Experience architecting and developing high performance software
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of partnership accounting for alternative investment funds is desired
• Previous experience working with Git
• Experience with testing libraries like playwright and jest
• Clear understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design, Design Patterns, SOA, Concurrency
• Ability to work unattended, as a highly proactive self-starter.
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude, and a relentless aspiration for process improvement
