Role Overview: The Product Manager for Dynamo’s suite of SAAS products will take a strategic, client-centric approach to building and enhancing our product suite. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the alternative investment industry, with the ability to translate complex client needs into scalable product solutions. This individual will work cross-functionally with development, QA, client services, and sales to drive product enhancements from ideation to release, ensuring our platform evolves in alignment with market trends and client demands.
This role requires a strong mix of technical acumen, financial expertise, product ownership experience, and a passion for delivering client value. The Product Manager will lead initiatives across the product lifecycle from discovery and planning to execution and go-to-market and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Own the product roadmap, informed by direct client feedback, market research, and internal input
- Partner closely with clients and internal teams to identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into actionable development plans
- Lead product discovery and requirement-gathering efforts, balancing near-term client needs with long-term product strategy
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to prioritize, refine, and validate product features
- Guide user acceptance testing and ensure product releases meet quality and functionality standards
- Act as a key stakeholder in implementation projects for clients with complex use cases, providing deep product and industry knowledge
- Serve as a subject matter expert in client meetings, sales demos, and product education efforts, including during the pre-sales process
- Drive internal enablement by developing documentation, training, and materials to support rollout of new features
- Analyze product usage, client feedback, and industry trends to make data-informed recommendations for continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, client solutions, or consulting within the alternative investments space
- Strong understanding of private capital workflows and financial data structures
- Demonstrated success in owning and driving product roadmaps from concept to delivery
- Experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Technical aptitude - advanced Excel skills, SQL, Python or BI tool experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or financial certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) a plus
